A pensioner who raped a drunken passenger 16 years ago is facing jail today (Mon) after a cold case review linked him to the attack.
Mustafa Hassan, now 68, attacked the woman as he drove her home following a night out celebrating her 29th birthday in central London, the Old Bailey heard.
His victim, who had earlier been separated from her husband, woke up in the reclined front seat of Hassan's minicab the following morning to find herself being raped. He was caught by a DNA match after being arrested for driving an unlicensed cab in 2005.
Its that easy, because the Police both Met and City of London, LTPH,TfL and STC refuse to enforce the law.
The GLA and the Mayor are turning a blind eye!
The question must be asked WHY?
350 sexual assaults in the last 3 year, that's 350 shattered lives. How do they sleep at night.

ReplyDeleteI wouldn't be surprised if we heard a ride 2 driver doing such a thing in the future. That CBJ at Reflex bar is one that i've seen flirting with ladies and on one occasion i saw him take 3 ladies which i believe were looking to go home. He took them in his car however his car and did not have a ph license! I have a video which i sent to the COLP and TFL yet they've done nothing! How disgraceful Mr Mason and Mr Ryland!
