The rickshaw driver is
said to have dropped the woman’s friend off first before carrying on to
her residence and proceeding to rape her.
However, the Press
Association has reported that the jury at the Old Bailey found him innocent,
after hearing that the female was intoxicated, leaving her with an unclear
memory of the event.
So there we have it, British
Justice.
A young doctor who unfortunately had too much to drink, arrives home
and finds she has been sexually interfered with (Raped). She reports the
assault and a DNA sample taken from inside her is matched to a rickshaw rider
traced with the help of CCTV footage.
Amazingly, the jury have accepted the story from the rickshaw rider that the victim had initiated the sexual contact, claiming she had consented to sex following the ride home.
Even though the
young doctor is a confirmed lesbian.
TfL must be ecstatic, as that’s
one less statistic to add to the rape and sexual assault figures that currently
haunt them.

Judges told to bang up a female rioter who stole a litter of lemonade for six months, but a Rickshaw driver who rapes a lesbian walks away from court.

b. A precedent in law has now been set that says if a person can't recall ALL of the events that led to someone's DNA ending up inside their body, the perpetrator will be cleared. Even if the victim is a Doctor and confirmed lesbian.
With news like this London will become top of the list destination for sexual predators and our city will become their favourite hunting ground...
