Westminsters Cash Cow exposed

This junction is a blatant example of entrapment by Westminster council who are abusing their right to enforce moving  traffic regulations.
The enforcement of traffic regulations by CCTV should be stopped by central government as councils across the capital are using these right to raise revenue. CCTV should only be use to counter street crime and terrorism, after all that was the excuse it was set up for in the first place.
