TfL's Satellite Office Agenda Part 2"THE EVIDENCE"..by Austin Taxi.

This is part two, “THE EVIDENCE” of TfL’s mini-cab satellite office, mini-cab stand agenda, and ”Final Solution” for the London Cab Trade!

All done for the greater good; in a desperate attempt to solve the out of control sex crime epidemic that has hit the capital for well over a decade.
PRIVATE HIRE, being identified as a major threat and component to the sex crime explosion.
Clearly identified as an unsafe mode of transport and threat to the travelling general public.

This link will take you to the 2006 Goldstein award winning model, a powerpoint slideshow of ''problem orientated policing'' (POP), put together and accepted by TfL as the way forward in solving late night transportation problems in Grater London. A measured approach to curtail sexual assaults carried out by sexual predators, many of whom will prove to be TfL licensed touts!

See the hidden agenda contained in this original slide-show for the Safer Travel at Night (STaN) campaign - The hidden agenda we never saw before NOW.
The slide-show includes the original notes used for the presentation!

It includes:
Identifying clubs, bars and other venues where satellite offices should be located. Implementing and requesting that these establishments should set up satellite offices.
Door staff to be recruited as… “Site managers”.

Recommends:
Mini-cab stands should be set up throughout the capital; reaching out to all of the Metropolitan boroughs.

Admits:
The mini-cab problem is out of control, and traditional policing methods are a failure.

That The Criminal Justice & Public Order Act 1994 and Hackney Carriage legislation is “FULLY UNDERSTOOD!”

States:
That multi-agency cooperation is KEY for this program to be rolled out; this to include local borough agencies. (Surprise, Surprise!)

And, I am sure you will pick holes in this presentation all night long. It proves beyond all doubt that TfL, Metropolitan Police, GLA, Westminster council and others are involved in a multi agency conspiracy of an agenda;
NOT TO POLICE, NOT TO ENFORCE THE LAW, NOT TO TICKET OR HARRASS PRIVATE HIRE SATELLITE OFFICE OPERATIONS THROUGHOUT THE CAPITAL!

The only side of the Safer Travel at Night campaign we did see; was the same glossy advertising as presented to the general public!

Editorial Comment:
One question that should be asked directly to John Mason Head of LT&PH is.

John you keep saying that most of these rapes and serious sexual assaults are carried out by unlicensed Private Hire drivers.

HOW DO YOU KNOW, unless most of the offenders have been caught.

As we have not seen any stories of arrests of these animals in the media or from TfL press releases we must assume that most of these predictors have not been caught.

So John can you tell us on want grounds and with what evidence do you assume these attackers to be mostly unlicensed Private hire drivers (minicabs)?

  1. According to John Mason satellite offices don't exist and he isn't slow in correcting people who refer to them as such. He claims they are operating centres!

Maybe he hasn't seen this Powerpoint presentation and isn't familiar with the Safer Travel at Night campaign (STaN). Then again, I suppose it's all down to how you interpret it.....eh John

  2. A WHOPPING 40% rise in rape and sexual assaults in London in the last year speaks for itself that this Safer Travel at Night (STaN) initiative in policing has failed. The foundation and design for this scheme has major flaws that are directly linked to the rise in sexual assaults perpetrated by LTPH LICENCED PRIVATE HIRE DRIVERS. This fact should no longer be ignored, because the problem isn’t showing ANY signs of going away!

The basic idea of educating the public about the dangers of Private Hire and the sexual predators that have infiltrated the system is commendable in itself. But ONLY if the Police and partners in the scheme educate the public by:
    TELLING THEM THE TRUTH!

  4. Is it really in the public interest how many unsolved rapes and sexual assaults the Met Police can pin on John Warboys ? This is just another devious attempt to deflect the public’s attention away from their failed policing strategy. The Met and TfL must now accept that they have failed miserably in controlling the explosion of sexual assaults and rape in the Capital? Surely Warboys isn’t responsible for them all !

What is in the interest of of The Safer Travel at Night initiative and the general public are the statistics of the 143 sexual assaults committed by illegal Taxi Drivers in the last year?

    a. How many of the 143 sexual assaults committed in the last year by illegal taxi touts were LTPH Licensed Private Hire Drivers ?
    b. And how many were Licensed London Taxi Drivers ?

These statistics are all collated and crime mapped under Operation Sapphire, the Met police unit that works in conjunction with the Safer Travel at Night policing initiative.

Or maybe Mr Mason could tell us:

    a. How many LTPH Private Hire drivers had their licenses revoked for sexual assaults committed from this same time period ?
    b. And how many Licensed London Taxi Drivers had their licenses revoked for sexual offences in the same period ?

  5. Can you imagine how the media would have handled this 54% rise in sexual assaults Inc 29 full rapes if the perpetrators had been licensed Taxu drivers. The story would run and run. It would be on the front page of every nation and local news paper. London assembly members would be lining up to put their twopence worth in. London MP's would be demanding enquieries and the T&PH would be out on the streets, in full force every night!

  6. So is it true to say the reason the police do not nick, move on, or harass the illegal licensed private hire chaps i.e., minicabs, is because they the police arranged and designed these buggers to be there in the 1st place.

That's why we see them all over the west end in there droves (minicabs) with no enforcement taking place.

The police seam to want these sexual predators there to clear the streets, so there is not a public order offence taking place.

So when J, Royal came to the LCDC AGM last year 2009, he knew then exactly what was going on.

The same can be said for J.Mason at this years LCDC AGM he also must have known what was going on.

But now Unite the Union has uncovered your devious plan, the final solution for the greatest cab service in the world, we now know what your agenda is, you naughty boys, you've taken us the cab drivers for mugs.

So do we sit back and do diddley squat, or do we DEMONSTRATE.

  7. Well all this just confirms wht we all supected.

The point is what does UNITE do now, join the activists or keep attending Palestra and getting more 'weasel words' from John Mason who has spun us a yarn from the very beginning?

As for the LCDC the membership must feel totally betrayed!

As for the LTDA, well nothing changes...

  8. It's one thing being bilked out of a fare; but to be bilked out of a living is something else. John Mason and Peter Hendy should apply to the Guinness book of records for the Worlds largest bilk.

John Mason claims "I'm the best thing that has happened for the cab trade!".............
Mason, you are to the cab trade what a LTPH licensed tout is to a loan drunk female....... A clear and present DANGER !

  9. Recommends minicab stands, there already here, what are the UTG going to do? now we have the evidence spelled out in front of us.

Now we will all see who is going to lead the way and start fighting back.

Are the LCDC really in Masons pocket, will they have the bottle to tell Mr Mason to go and get stuffed, he's played you for mugs,yo've been had over boys, what you gonna' do?

The LTDA,will not upset anyone, they have a business to run.

The RMT not sure what there going to do.

I do believe the United Cabbies Group are planning something big.

It just leaves Unite the Union, you found the evidence Peter Rose, so what are Unite going to do?

    DEMONSTRATE or BOTTLE IT?

  12. The Metropolitan Police have been recruiting inadequates for many years. Is it any wonder they are losing control of policing the streets of the capital. Senior officers convicted of corruption, officers convicted of serious crimes, rape, fraud, and deception. Detectives constantly being disciplined for the mishandling of major enquiries.

I have written my own plan for "Problem Oriented Policing" (POP) It's called:
Safer Policing at Night (SPaN) What we do is:

Increase the number of PCSO'S from 6000 up to 35000 strong and have them on every street, every 30 yards.

Recruit door staff as street supervisors.

Cancel all overtime for Police Officers indefinitely.

Cut back the intake suitable candidates by recruiting people that do not comprehensively pass the CRB check and ensure we ONLY train inadequate applicants to be Metropolitan Police Officers.Part of this we already do!

Set a maximum age limit for any serving Police Officers to the age of 45 years old. f*ck em off early out of the force with a part pension, because we can.

Spend umpteen millions of pounds promoting and funding the incentive.

Set up a special unit to crime map and collate all the evidence.

Sell the plan to all other local boroughs and Government agencies.

Make up a bogus glossy slide show to deceive the public and not tell the whole truth to receive an prestigious award for policing.

Send senior Police officers on a "Jolly Up" to the USA to receive the bogus award, paid for with tax payers money.

Ensure that the Police federation and Police officers never find out about the agenda and keep it hidden.

Rewards of the program to solving the problems:

    Zero.

The decimation of the Metropolitan Police.

Receive a medal from the Queen and retire to another City pretty damn quick!

    Job done !
