Rumours abound that UNITE London Taxi Branch are liaising with the PCO/TfL to support the introduction of the NVQ L2 in Customer Service as a pre requisite to becoming licensed. This is a course that costs £1000 payable by the applicant and done in your own time. It can only be delivered through certain training providers. Is one of the training providers UNITE?Will they be a 'preferred supplier' by PCO/Tfl?Would this if true be a conflict of interest of a driver representative body that exists to defend its members? We need to know!Over to you Mr Flanagan and Mr Rose.

Its funny this has come up today,Yesterday a guy from UNITE,handed me a leaflet, saying you can learn new skills in your own time, online,Out of boredom i read the whole thing,as you get to the bottom it says, you can get into these sights,By using a number thats unique to UNITE members,My first thought was there are plenty of free sites if you look,So its either one of them,or are UNITE,paying these sites out of members subs,
ReplyDeleteIs Taxi marshals the company that is providing minicab ranks at the o2, the ones that don't do anything at Tiger Tiger. Is it also true that it helps to work for them if you have a passionate appreciation of ladies clothes?
ReplyDeleteTaximarshalls.COM is the O2, Liverpool Street and Tiger Tiger. They are TfL Contacts so moan at Mason if you are not happy
ReplyDeleteTaxi Marshalls.CO.UK is Peter Rose & friends.
As ever none of this is in the open you have to dig. WHY?
