Billy's petition

I received an email today from a future cab driver Billy Gould who has taken the time and trouble to set up a petition on the No10 website. Billy has asked the Prime Minster to help us stop the illegal ranking outside clubs and bars in central London.
Please help with this petition, it will be on the No 10 website for almost a year and we would hope to get all the drivers, all their friends and family to sign it. I personally, will be printing cards with the petition address on and handing them out to interested customers.

Well done Billy, we need more drivers like you who are willing to take the time and trouble to do something to save our trade. Just remember the words of John the cabby Kennedy;
